Sii Poland seeks an experienced Program Manager / Product Owner to own a strategic customer protection program from concept to execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.

You will lead financial modeling, vendor sourcing, and governance, with a focus on pilot deployments across international markets and executive-level decision support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or protection programs.
• Proven end-to-end program leadership, not just PM.
• Experience with insurers, TPAs, brokers, or related platforms.
• Strong financial modelling, including NPV and unit economics.
• Understanding of EU IDD insurance distribution regulations.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English skills.
• Ability to prepare investment recommendations.

Job description

Join a global initiative focused on developing a customer protection and service program for connected consumer products. The program covers business case development, operating model design, partner and technology sourcing, commercial and regulatory framework definition, and pilot deployment across international markets. The role requires close collaboration with business, technology, legal, procurement, and external partners.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Product Owner who will take full ownership of a strategic business program from concept to execution. This is not a PMO or governance-focused role – you will be accountable for business outcomes, financial performance, vendor selection, executive recommendations, and pilot success.

Your tasks

• Own and drive the program business case and financial model
• Lead vendor sourcing activities, including RFI/RFQ processes, evaluations, negotiations, and recommendations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, finance, legal, procurement, operations, and IT
• Manage program governance, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication
• Oversee launch readiness, contracting processes, and pilot execution
• Define success metrics and provide data-driven recommendations regarding program scaling and future investments

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance, protection programs, after-sales services, or consumer-device ecosystems
• Proven track record of leading complex programs end-to-end as a business owner, not only as a project manager
• Experience working with insurers, third-party administrators (TPA), brokers, or insurance/protection technology platforms
• Strong financial modelling skills, including business case development, NPV analysis, breakeven calculations, and unit economics
• Understanding of insurance distribution regulations (e.g., EU IDD framework)
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience preparing investment recommendations and supporting strategic decision-making
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer electronics protection programs, device insurance, extended warranty, or care programs
• Knowledge of subscription-based and membership business models
• Background in connected-device ecosystems and global customer service programs
