Job summary

Backbase is seeking a Product Manager to own end‑to‑end product lifecycles, from discovery through to launch. You will define strategy and roadmaps, align with customers and field teams, and collaborate with engineering, UX, and sales to deliver value.

The role focuses on turning customer feedback into prioritized features while balancing stakeholder needs and technical constraints. You will champion data‑driven decisions across the product life cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in the digital banking or financial services sector.
• Proven background as a Product Manager across discovery, design and development.
• Strong ability to gather customer feedback and translate it into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate a clear product strategy informed by customer and market data.
• Define short and long term product roadmaps and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, refine, and deliver features.
• Use data to monitor product performance and steer improvements.
• Own the product life‑cycle from new feature creation to decommissioning old ones.
