Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product roles focusing on BaaS, fintech, Embedded Finance, SaaS or payments.
• Understanding of the BaaS value chain: accounts, payments, compliance, cards, client onboarding.
• Experience in handling client needs and turning them into valuable product propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives for UniCredit Group across Europe.
• Shape scalable and repeatable solutions with clients.
• Manage solution design from concept to delivery.
• Participate in pre-sales activities to evaluate feasibility.
• Ensure smooth delivery execution, resolving any blockers.
