Roche is seeking a Functional Portfolio Head in Poland to lead the SPG function within Roche Digital Technology, ensuring high business value delivery and robust governance across a large, global portfolio. You will translate priorities into actionable initiatives, align executives, and drive risk-aware, value-driven execution.

You will use strategic thinking, digital fluency, and cross-functional influence to enable enterprise-wide benefits, with a focus on sustainable outcomes and alignment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in global technology and/or consulting organizations, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles encompassing Portfolio Management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital technology trends (AI, Data, Cloud) and translating them into new ways of working.
• Strong grasp of IT governance, finance, and cost management.

• Led governance for a function, aligning senior leaders on budget allocation across portfolios.
• Oversee functional portfolio management and ensure realization of business cases and benefits.
