Job summary

Terumo Europe NV in Poland is seeking a Global Strategy & Execution Office Manager to drive PSD’s strategic execution and portfolio governance, ensuring initiatives align with long-term ambitions.

You will establish an integrated view of the portfolio, provide governance, track progress, risks, and enable executive decision-making through dashboards and reporting. The role requires collaboration across functions and regions, with 25% international travel, and reports to the Global VP Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, strategy, programme/project management or related fields.
• Strong experience in portfolio management, governance and management reporting.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with ability to assess projects based on strategic value.
• Experience building and evaluating business cases for senior leadership.
• MBA or equivalent qualification; portfolio/project management certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve portfolio governance, including dashboards and KPIs.
• Maintain an integrated view of strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Lead portfolio review and prioritisation with clear criteria and frameworks.
• Monitor strategic execution and portfolio performance, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Provide management with clear and actionable insights through reviews and reporting.
• Build, review and challenge business cases for initiatives and investments.
• Lead selected high-impact strategic projects with governance and roadmaps.
• Drive organisational alignment by building relationships across functions.
• Facilitate leadership reviews, workshops and strategic planning sessions.
