Job summary

Roche is seeking a Portfolio Manager for RDT Strategy, Portfolio & Governance to bridge strategy and execution. You will lead governance, drive data-driven transparency, and develop dashboards that maximize value across functions. The role emphasizes collaboration with Functional Portfolio Heads and delivering actionable insights.

Hybrid work is offered, with in-office days two days per week, and a focus on improving governance, funding, and portfolio performance within Roche Digital Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology, operations, or consulting with at least 2+ years in Portfolio Management/PMO/Value Governance.
• Strong proficiency with portfolio management and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of financial forecasting and cost reconciliation within governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on portfolio management within the business and technology functions.
• Evolve value governance and funding practices and maintain related documentation.
• Design and establish portfolio governance processes focusing on value delivery and risk management.
• Define and improve portfolio dashboards and data products.
• Ensure system readiness and train org on portfolio tools and frameworks.
• Provide clear visibility of planned and in-flight initiatives across portfolio dimensions.
