Job summary

Roche is seeking a Functional Portfolio Head within the RDT Strategy, Portfolio & Governance group. You will drive governance for a global functional portfolio, align strategy with enterprise initiatives, and ensure value delivery across projects.

The role demands 10+ years in tech leadership and a strong track record in portfolio management within pharmaceutical or biotech contexts. You will report to the Head of Strategy and Portfolio Management and shape cross-functional governance to achieve

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in global technology and/or consulting organizations, with 5+ years in leadership roles in Portfolio Management.
Strong knowledge of digital technology trends (AI, Data, Cloud) and translating them into new ways of working.
Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead governance for the functional portfolio and align senior leaders on budget allocation across portfolios.
Oversee sub-function governance, ensure business cases realize benefits and track outcomes.
Drive enterprise thinking and value framework to prioritize work across functions.
Ensure risk management and data integrity for initiatives, forecasting, and resource management.
