• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in supply chain for indirect categories (marketing, communications, consulting, branding).
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships across functions and international teams.
• Negotiating and contracting experience delivering long-term value.
• Strong project management and execution skills.

• Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives using the CIPS framework.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders on sourcing strategies and processes across the organization.
• Lead high-value negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Translate global frameworks into locally effective procurement solutions.
• Develop and maintain global and local supplier agreements aligned with Hitachi Energy directives.
• Identify high-performing suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Champion cost-optimization and SCM standards compliance.
