Job summary

CRH Materials Polska is seeking a Strategy & Development Project Manager to support the M&A team in consolidation and development projects within the production market. The role requires a strong background in finance, M&A, and strategic development.

The position offers hybrid work in Poland, with opportunity to participate in international projects and development within strategy and transaction execution. Fluency in English and advanced MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in a Big Four transaction team or in-house M&A/Corporate Development.
Experience in financial modelling, valuations and investment analysis.
Experience in construction/building materials or related industries is an advantage.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Supporting the M&A team in day-to-day activities related to potential acquisitions.
Preparing financial models and valuations of target companies.
Preparing investment materials, including investment memorandums, offers and LOIs.
Preparing market and competitive analyses.
Supporting identification and analysis of potential acquisition targets.
Preparing summaries, analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Participating in strategic planning cycles.
