Job summary

CRH Materials Polska is seeking a Strategy & Development Project Manager to support the M&A team in consolidating and developing the production market. The role is based in Warsaw with hybrid work and requires mid-senior level expertise in finance and strategy.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics, 4-5 years in Big Four or in-house M&A, and strong financial modelling skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a Big Four transaction team or in-house M&A/Corporate Development.
• Experience in financial modelling, company valuations and investment analysis.
• Experience in construction/building materials is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the M&A team in day-to-day activities related to potential acquisitions.
• Preparing financial models and valuations of target companies.
• Preparing investment materials, including memorandums, offers and letters of intent.
• Preparing market and competitive analyses.
• Supporting the identification and analysis of potential acquisition targets.
• Preparing summaries, analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Participating in strategic planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the M&A team in day-to-day activities related to potential acquisitions.
• Preparing financial models and valuations of target companies.
• Preparing investment materials, including investment memorandums, offers and letters of intent.
• Preparing market and competitive analyses.
• Supporting the identification and analysis of potential acquisition targets.
• Preparing summaries, analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Taking part in the strategic planning cycles.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a Big Four transaction team or an in-house M&A / Corporate Development team.
• Experience in financial modelling, company valuations and investment analysis.
• Experience in the construction, building materials or related industries will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High commitment to delivering assigned tasks.
• Hands-on approach and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
