Job summary

TERUMO BCT, INC is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the CEE region. You will drive TS business with key distributors, develop opportunities, and manage the sales cycle from lead to closure. You will train customers and collaborate with Marketing, FIT, and Customer Support to maximize revenue.

You will travel up to 70% within Europe, strengthen relationships with KOLs, and report to the Regional Manager CEE. Fluency in English and strong business acumen are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in Life Sciences industry
• Experience in a multinational company with forecasting and CRM
• Expert in several business sales & product areas
• Experience in creating & implementing sales strategies
• Experience understanding business products & therapy applications
• Demonstrated advanced selling skills & sales techniques

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct negotiations for high-value multi-year contracts
• Maintain relationships with senior decision makers
• Develop customized proposals and solutions
• Generate revenue and manage sales funnel for TS portfolio
• Support distributors and provide sales coaching
• Communicate product value and pricing to customers and distributors
• Prepare plans, track progress, and manage budgets with regional manager
