Job summary

Visa is searching for a Licensing Consultant to bring new and enhanced Visa products to life for clients in a regulated environment. You will translate complex client requirements into clear technical specifications and liaise with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

This role requires strong consultative skills, experience with licensing processes, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including in remote settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a client-facing role within financial services or payments.
• Experience coordinating projects and supporting client implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed consultancy for mid to high complexity license requests.
• Advise clients on licensing requirements, bylaws, and regulatory criteria.
• Guide onboarding queries and set clear expectations for onboarding.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to support licensing and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Implementation functions to improve service.
• Monitor license workstreams and update statuses in systems.
• Handle licensing administration including upgrades, downgrades, mergers, and terminations.
• Present licensing processes and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders.
