Baxter seeks a Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery to build and sustain relationships with surgeons and hospital staff across regions. You will drive local and regional sales strategies, defend and expand the product portfolio, and promote on-label usage through educational sessions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in medical device sales, strong English, and a valid driver’s license. Hybrid work is offered with a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical device/healthcare, preferably within an operating room environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital admins.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies at local and regional levels.
• Maintaining and increasing on-label usage through in-situ presentations and trainings.
• Monitor product sales and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service and Operations to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend regional and local Surgical Conferences.
• Provide feedback on product simplification and profitability.
