Baxter is seeking a Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery based in Poland (Poznań or Szczecin) to own a portfolio within Wielkopolskie and Zachodnio-Pomorskie regions, focusing on growth and patient care while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

You will build relationships with surgeons, drive sales strategies, and coordinate with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in surgical specialties is required.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Drive new account development and expand existing accounts in the territory.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administration.
• Develop and implement sales strategies at local and regional levels.
• Monitor product sales and coordinate with Marketing and Customer Service.
• Attend regional Surgical Conferences.
