Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Specialist, Advanced Surgery, to manage a regional portfolio across Wielkopolskie and Zachodnio-Pomorskie Voivodeships.

You will drive growth by engaging surgeons and healthcare teams, building strategic plans, and delivering optimal patient care through Baxter’s Advanced Surgery products. The role requires at least 5 years in medical device sales, with knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and a proven ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical device/healthcare, preferably in an operating room environment.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required.
• Business acumen—understands how sales strategies work in the marketplace and keeps up with competition.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, with ability to share information across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account development and/or expand existing accounts for Advanced Surgery within defined geographic territories.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administration.
• Develop and implement sales strategies at local and regional levels to defend and expand product portfolio.
• Monitor product sales and coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service and Operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Attend regional and local Surgical Conferences.
