Job summary

ABB is seeking an Account Manager OEM/EPC (m/w/d) in Katowice, Poland to lead strategic relationships with selected OEM and EPC customers within the Instrumentation portfolio. You will develop opportunities across Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level, Positioners & Actuators, as well as Digital Solutions and Services, working in a Hybrid model and reporting to the Head of Sales Instrumentation - Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, account management or business development within industrial automation, process industries or related sectors.
• Knowledge of instrumentation technologies will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach with a strong drive for achieving results.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term business development strategy for selected OEM and EPC accounts in Poland.
• Build, maintain and expand strategic customer relationships through regular customer engagement and business reviews.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements and achieving defined sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with technical, proposal and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and support successful project execution.
