Job summary

ABB in Poland seeks a seasoned Instrumentation Sales professional to develop and manage strategic OEM and EPC relationships, drive growth across Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level, Positioners & Actuators, and Digital Solutions.

The role is hybrid, reporting to the Head of Sales Instrumentation - Poland; you will collaborate with technical, proposals and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve sales targets in the Polish market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development in industrial automation or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation technologies and measurement solutions is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term business development strategy for selected OEM and EPC accounts in Poland.
• Build, maintain and expand strategic customer relationships through regular engagement and reviews.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements and achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical, proposal and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and support project execution.
