Brembo, a global leader in braking systems, seeks an Indirect Buyer in Poland to support sourcing for services, MRO, utilities, and other indirect categories. The role focuses on building a competitive supplier base while ensuring compliance with Brembo's global purchasing strategy and procedures.

You will lead RFQ/RFI processes, negotiate commercial terms, manage supplier performance, and coordinate contract management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain, international manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and procurement best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2); Italian an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Poland and abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and deployment of sourcing strategies for indirect purchasing.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers to expand and optimize the base.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure competitive cost, quality and service.
• Conduct RFQ, RFI and tender processes per purchasing standards.
• Negotiate terms, contracts and service agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and procurement opportunities.
• Coordinate contract management: documentation, milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain purchasing data, supplier records and price lists in systems.
• Ensure compliance with Brembo purchasing procedures and governance.
• Identify and mitigate risks across supply chain and contracts.
• Drive cost reduction, efficiency, and value creation initiatives.
• Support sustainability, compliance, and supplier development.
