Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation in Poland is seeking a Buyer to join our growing procurement team in Warsaw. You'll support strategic sourcing for indirect categories and work closely with the Category Manager to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

This hybrid role combines hands-on PO management, supplier communications, data maintenance in systems like Coupa, SAP and Smartsheets, and participation in category initiatives to drive cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of procurement experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving to handle routine purchasing issues.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with senior procurement professionals.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Place orders accurately and on time with approved suppliers.
• Act as main contact for suppliers on operational matters.
• Track orders, deliveries, and address delays.
• Maintain procurement records including supplier info, pricing, spend and savings.
• Create and maintain procurement dashboards.
• Investigate routine purchasing issues and escalate complex ones.
• Support Category Manager in category initiatives with data gathering and research.
