Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leadership across Finance and Construction. You will shape talent and workforce strategies, anticipate capability needs, and enable transformation through people, aligning capital with technology priorities.

You will lead HR processes, collaborate with functional groups, analyze engagement data, and manage payroll budgets to support organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (relevant experience considered).
• 7-10 years of experience, including solid understanding of employment law and policy administration. Previous experience in a retail organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders to develop and lead HR processes and organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with VP of HR to drive organizational change initiatives and secure leadership alignment.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Talent to align HR practices with business needs.
• Conduct root cause analysis with leadership to improve engagement, turnover, retention and talent development; propose solutions.
• Review HR analytics to report trends and inform proactive strategies; manage payroll budget for client groups.
