Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Compliance Insights Analyst to coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting for our Corporate Compliance program in a global retail environment.

You will build dashboards, identify trends, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executives and business partners. The role emphasizes process improvement, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, BI, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in project management, corporate compliance, data analysis, benchmarking and reporting metrics.
• LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or above preferred
• PMP preferred
• Data Visualization Tools (PowerBI, Qlik, etc.) preferred
• SharePoint experience preferred
• BI/Analytics Tools (R, Alteryx) preferred
• NAVEX EthicsPoint preferred
• AI tools familiarity preferred
• Skillsoft, Axonify, ServiceNow preferred
• Working knowledge of statistical methods (descriptive analytics, trend ID, A/B testing)
• Ability to synthesize structured/unstructured information into clear insights
• Strong attention to detail and ability to see end-to-end workflows
• Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Translate information to business value and practical solutions
• Strong critical thinking and integrity in compliance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection, preparation, verification, and aggregation of compliance data.
• Synthesize data into trends and actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Prepare dashboards and written summaries translating data into stories for stakeholders.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Support data mapping, documentation, and testing for reporting processes.
• Improve reporting methods, visualizations, and data intake workflows.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and consulting support to leaders.
• Support process improvement and pilots with data analysis.
