Job summary

Air Liquide in Poznan is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as strategic advisor across the HR lifecycle in a global industrial setting. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, drive talent management and leadership development, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver services, support transformations, and promote a constructive work culture while maintaining high employee engagement and welfare.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a relevant field.
• Proven HR BP experience supporting global business in an industrial environment > 5 years.
• Regular presence and availability for business travels within Poland.
• Knowledge and experience in all HR processes across the employment lifecycle.
• Experience in HR Transformation and Change Management programmes.
• Enthusiasm to manage various operational tasks and projects.
• Hands-on and “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to advise based on knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Languages: fluency in English.
• Relevant IT skills (Google Environment, G Sheets, G slides, etc)
• Optional: Experience in Work Day system
• Optional: Experience in Healthcare activities

Responsibilities

• Building a strong business relationship with internal key stakeholders, acting as consultant, sparring partner and coach.
• Delivering high-quality, professional and valued HR partnership based on a solid understanding of the business and partnership model.
• Providing consultative support to management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change and people management issues.
• Organizing career interviews, talent reviews and succession planning, and monitoring actions.
• Partnering with BSC and CoE to ensure delivery of services.
• Supporting all organizational transformations.
• Facilitating a good work culture, driving employee engagement and welfare.
• Ensuring legal compliance through HR.
