Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Business Analyst in Strategy & Governance to translate high‑level digital strategy into value‑driven execution. You will co‑develop long‑term roadmaps, governance forums, and KPI frameworks to support evidence‑based leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, regulatory alignment, and building automated dashboards to monitor outcomes. A hybrid work model applies, with in‑office collaboration two days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience.
• Experience designing strategic governance forums, long‑term roadmaps, or portfolio management frameworks.
• Independently managing end‑to‑end BA workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
• Translating requirements into strategic implementation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management.
• Experience in operational performance tracking, KPI framework design, and translating data into executive insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Applies Roche's VACC Model and Creative Leadership principles to build a high-trust team culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement 'Minimum Viable Governance' frameworks that eliminate administrative waste and accelerate decision‑making velocity.
• Lead analysis of business problems, perform domain research, and drive root cause analysis.
• Define outcome‑driven metrics (OKRs) and automated dashboards to support executive decision‑making.
• Bridge global strategic design with localized realities across RDT DIA matrix and cross‑functional areas.
• Align stakeholders across R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Global Operations, and Commercial with the OneRoche strategy.
