Roche is hiring a Business Analyst to drive Finance & Workforce Management within the RDT Diagnostics Operations. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking, collaborating with DIA delivery teams and enterprise partners to optimize IT expenditures.

The role requires strong BA skills, experience in IT finance, and the ability to translate requirements into strategic plans, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within Roche.

Formación

• 5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, with at least 3+ years focused on IT financial management or workforce planning.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end BA workstreams in complex matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical skills: variance analysis, cost-driver modeling, and license cost optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workforce planning initiatives and skill topology assessments.
• Drive budget forecasting, planned vs. actual cost tracking, and vendor management support.
• Translate divisional priorities into funding models and multi-year forecasts.
