Roche Holding AG is hiring a Business Analyst in Strategy & Governance for the RDT Diagnostics Business Operations in Warsaw. The role focuses on turning high-level digital strategy into value-driven execution, within a hybrid work model requiring average two days in the office.

You will co-develop roadmaps, build KPI frameworks, and lead cross-functional governance initiatives to ensure Roche’s OneRoche strategy aligns with regulatory standards, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, with expertise in governance forums, roadmaps, or portfolio management frameworks.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end BA workstreams and translating requirements into strategic plans.
• Strong ability to document, trace requirements and facilitate change management.

Responsibilities

• Design governance forums and long-term roadmaps for RDT DIA leadership.
• Develop KPI frameworks and OKRs to support evidence-based decision making.
• Create automated dashboards and monitor operational performance.
• Bridge global strategy with local execution across R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Global Ops, and Commercial.
