Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Business Analyst for Pharma R&D to independently manage end-to-endBA workstreams and translate requirements into strategic plans. You will engage cross‑functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and shape processes within a Community of Practice.

The role embraces a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration two days per week and opportunities to influence long-term roadmaps while advancing digital healthcare initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis/Consultancy experience, with at least 4+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function being supported.
• Proven experience independently managing end‑to‑end BA workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and facilitate discussions between business and IT users globally.
• Familiar with Agile product delivery methodologies, backlog management and delivering GxP validated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end BA workstreams with autonomy, guiding stakeholders through complex domains.
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Mentor junior BAs and shape team processes within the Community of Practice.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions deliver demonstrable business value.
