Job summary

Yunex Traffic is seeking a leader for the Global Electronics category within the Procurement team in Poland. You will own the global category strategy across components, semiconductors, PCBAs and EMS partners, guiding regional teams to execute the strategy.

You will build governance standards, drive supplier negotiations, and manage risk across the electronics supply chain while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance. Office in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in strategic procurement and category management.
• Solid electronics procurement background with supplier governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex negotiations.
• Ability to translate global strategy into regional execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global Electronics category strategy across components and related tech.
• Provide functional leadership to global and regional procurement teams.
• Establish working methods with Regional Managers and ensure contract coverage.
• Build a supplier strategy including panels, single-source transparency and risk
• Use market intelligence and data to anticipate supply constraints and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance and Legal on sourcing decisions.
• Lead governance for Electronics and steer supplier negotiations for key initiatives.
• Drive contractual coverage, continuity of supply, and end-of-life considerations.
