Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior procurement leadership experience in an international, project-driven or technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience leading direct and indirect procurement categories.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management and category strategy.
• Experience in procurement transformation, process improvement and digital procurement tools.
• Experience managing global or multi-country teams.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong commercial understanding, including cost drivers, supplier economics, risk trade-offs and business impact.
• Experience in complex industrial, infrastructure, technology, manufacturing or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Procurement & Logistics function across strategic procurement and supplier management.
• Own and continually improve governance for sourcing, purchasing and supplier management.
• Set direction for direct and indirect material fields and supplier portfolios.
• Drive procurement transformation toward digital, lean and value-oriented operations.
• Develop supplier strategies to improve cost, quality and risk resilience.
• Deliver measurable procurement impact through savings and contract optimisation.
• Ensure risk, ESG, compliance and governance considerations in procurement decisions.
• Design and improve the procurement operating model and clarify roles.
• Partner with executives and regions to align priorities and ensure value delivery.
• Build and lead a global procurement leadership team across locations.
