Job summary

Yunex Traffic is seeking an Operational Buyer - Indirect Procurement in Warsaw to strengthen the global procurement function for indirect spend. You will handle day-to-day requisition/PO activities, coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers, and help build a scalable procurement operating model.

You will support Travel and Expense processes, data quality improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and category managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement operations or comparable operational role.
• Good understanding of purchase requisition, purchase order, supplier follow-up and invoice clarification flows.
• Experience with indirect procurement categories (travel, expense management, IT, facilities, etc.).
• Strong ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and drive them to closure.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational procurement activities across indirect spend, including requisition and PO management, supplier follow-up and stakeholder coordination.
• Improve operational purchasing process, supplier data and pricing information.
• Support centralized procurement activities to improve efficiency, compliance and use of preferred suppliers.
• Assist Travel and Expense operational continuity including supplier follow-up and invoice clarification.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers and Finance to resolve procurement topics in a timely, structured way.
• Provide input to category managers to support supplier reviews and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement within Global Procurement.
