Job summary

MGID is a global native advertising platform. We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our new FP&A function and drive strategic financial planning, profitability improvements, and cash flow optimization across the business.

You will partner with department heads to translate financial realities into actionable business decisions. You will build rolling forecasts and budgets, develop driver-based models linking operational metrics to revenue and margins, and own P&L and unit

Qualifications

• :7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
• Experience transforming processes, not just maintaining them.
• Strong in financial analysis, large datasets, Excel, and financial modelling.
• Able to explain complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to translate financial realities into strategic choices.
• Evaluate business cases, hiring plans and commercial assumptions with ROI data.
• Support rolling forecasts, annual budgets and capital deployment decisions.
• Lead deep-dive analyses into profitability, pricing strategies and unit economics.
