Job summary

Pragmatike is recruiting a senior Finance Business Partner to drive financial analysis for a fast-growing European deep-tech firm. You will build investment models, present ROI to clients, and own monthly reporting across sites. The role blends internal partnership with client-facing finance delivery.

Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus. Remote-friendly with occasional travel to HQ/clients in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in corporate finance, FP&A or business finance.
• Excellent financial modeling: ROI, NPV/IRR, scenarios.
• Ability to present complex finances to non-financial audiences.
• Strong grasp of capex, depreciation, ops costs and revenue.
• Analytical, rigorous and able to deliver on tight timelines.
• Fluent English mandatory; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner to commercial, operations and product teams.
• Build and maintain financial simulation models for growth plans.
• Model and present ROI and TCO of deployments to clients.
• Own monthly reporting and profitability analysis by site/unit.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and assumptions challenge.
• Analyze cost structure of manufacturing and deployment units.
• Prepare materials for governance and assist due diligence.
• Collaborate with group finance teams for consolidated reporting.
