Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business.
• CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in financial management, business advisory, or commercial finance.
• Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with owners and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Develop executive dashboards highlighting financial KPIs.
• Analyze profitability, cash flow, and project margins.
• Provide commentary and recommendations based on financial performance.
• Present financial reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team.
• Recommend strategies to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Develop financial models to support business planning and growth initiatives.
• Advise on pricing strategies, project profitability, and resource utilization.
• Support long-term financial planning and business forecasting.
