Job summary

Aptiv PLC is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to support the maintenance of engineering reporting systems, drive improvements, and deliver monthly performance analyses. The role collaborates with Finance to forecast and budget, ensuring accurate reflection of project costs and risks.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting degree, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English, with a team-oriented mindset. Experience with data tools like Alteryx and SQL is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to operate with large data sets are essential.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to work in a team.
• Preferable to have a Master’s degree and accounting knowledge.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Alteryx, PowerQuery, SQL, MS Access) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and management of engineering reporting systems.
• Drive improvement suggestions for the systems.
• Provide monthly engineering reports with performance analysis and budgeting reflections.
• Assist Finance Manager with short- and long-term planning and forecasting for engineering reporting systems.
• Conduct analyses to improve budgeting and forecasting efforts.
