Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Enterprise Architecture Consultant to shape IT strategy and enterprise frameworks. You will align business goals with technology capabilities, guiding large-scale transformations across complex environments.

The role requires collaboration with C-level and senior leaders, governance of architecture programs, and driving modernization through cloud, APIs, and microservices. Hybrid working model and global client exposure offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Lead Architect, Principal Architect, or Enterprise Architecture Consultant in complex enterprises.
• Strong background in enterprise-wide architecture planning, governance, and transformation programs.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, ArchiMate) and relevant repositories/tools like HOPEX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to clients' IT and digital transformation strategies.
• Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks, governance models, and operating principles.
• Design target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture assessments and audits to identify improvement opportunities and modernization initiatives.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards, principles, and best practices across large-scale organizations.
• Support clients in adopting modern architectural approaches, including cloud, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and platform-based ecosystems.
