Atos is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to align business strategy with IT across a global logistics and shipping context. You will drive governance, define target architectures, and lead ARB with IT and business stakeholders.

You will manage architecture across 4,500 applications, ensure robust interdependencies mapping, and promote best practices while collaborating with international teams. Occasional travel to France is possible.

Qualifications

• Experienced Enterprise Architect in large, complex environments.
• Strong English communication (mandatory); French is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of EA frameworks and tools, HOPEX preferred.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Certifications like SAFe, TOGAF, ArchiMate valued but not required.

Responsabilités

• Support 24 business domains in requirements gathering and high-level design across thousands of apps.
• Ensure smooth handover to solution architect teams for detailed design and implementation.
• Drive enterprise transformation, governance, and risk management per strategic roadmaps.
• Secure architectural decisions and align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Maintain and develop the enterprise architecture repository (HOPEX) and map interdependencies.
• Perform impact analyses and deliver architectural recommendations.
• Define target architectures, roadmaps, and capability maps.
• Lead ARB governance with IT and Business stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and cross-team collaboration.
• Create architecture roadmaps and governance reports.
• Consolidate best practices and optimize processes.
