Job summary

STADA Poland is seeking a Head of E-commerce to own and drive end-to-end e-commerce growth for the STADA portfolio. You will transform e-commerce from execution-driven to a scalable growth engine, partnering with Marketing, Digital and Sales to set priorities and actions across channels and customers.

The role shapes strategies for e-pharmacy, marketplaces, online mass market and fast-growing platforms, delivering measurable growth across brands and regions while reporting to the Consumer

Qualifications

• Senior strategic profile with proven ability to define and drive e-commerce growth strategies across brands, customers, channels.
• Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders as a business partner.
• Proven cross-functional leadership aligning Marketing, Digital and Sales around common priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the CHC e-commerce strategy and 12–24 month growth roadmap.
• Define Where to Play and How to Win across channels, customers, categories and brands.
• Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities, platforms and business models.
• Define the strategic role of e-pharmacy, marketplaces, online mass market and emerging channels.
• Shape e-commerce portfolio and assortment strategy with Brand Marketing and Trade marketing.
• Set activation priorities across brands, channels and customers.
• Define where and how to invest across retailer activation and digital commerce.
