Job summary

Chemelex is seeking a Demand Forecasting Specialist to join our team in Warsaw or Dzierżoniów, Poland. You will manage forecasts for assigned product categories, analyze historical data, identify demand drivers, and build statistical models to improve forecast accuracy.

Collaborate with sales, marketing and supply to align plans, lead demand reviews, and support NPI forecasting. You will develop and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service levels, while leveraging MS Office to support

Qualifications

University degree and proven work experience in a similar position.
Excellent verbal and written English and Polish language skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

Manage the forecasting of assigned product categories, including analyzing historical sales, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, and developing statistical forecast models.
Align operational forecast with sales, financial, marketing, and product life cycle plans.
Understand drivers of demand and facilitate demand reviews for assigned categories within the S&OP process.
Lead supply chain portions of NPI forecasts, transition inventory, and project management.
Develop, maintain, and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service and inventory performance.
Coordinate and communicate demand plans to Supply organization to balance service, inventory and capacity levels.
