Job summary

Greiner Packaging is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop and maintain accurate forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends. You will drive forecast accuracy, support demand reviews, and align plans across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 3–5 years in Demand or Supply Chain Planning, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English. Experience with SAP/IBP is a plus, and collaboration is essential in this global team.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Demand or Supply Chain Planning.
Knowledge of SAP, IBP, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
Fluent English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends.
Analyze forecast performance, identify deviations, and drive accuracy improvements.
Support demand review meetings and align demand plans with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
Contribute to the S&OP process by preparing scenarios, risks, opportunities, and planning assumptions.
Maintain high-quality planning data in SAP/IBP and ensure accurate integration of customer and master data.
Monitor key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Service Level), perform root cause analyses, and coordinate improvement actions across functions.
