Job summary

Greiner Packaging is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop and maintain forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends. You will ensure SAP/IBP data quality and align plans with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 3–5 years in planning, a degree in a related field, strong analytics, and fluent English. You will participate in S&OP, analyze forecast performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand or Supply Chain Planning.
• Knowledge of SAP, IBP, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Analyze forecast performance, identify deviations, and drive accuracy improvements.
• Support demand review meetings and align demand plans with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Contribute to the S&OP process by preparing scenarios, risks, opportunities, and planning assumptions.
• Maintain high-quality planning data in SAP/IBP and ensure accurate integration of customer and master data.
• Monitor KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Service Level), perform root cause analyses, and coordinate improvement actions across functions.
