Job summary

Energizer Holdings is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Analyst to manage master data, create IBP planning objects, and collaborate with global teams to ensure forecast accuracy across systems. The role emphasizes data cleaning, forecast validation, and actionable insights for international markets.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in supply chain with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to work remotely within cross-functional teams. Flexible working arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally with Demand Planning or highly analytical work.
• Ability to work effectively remotely with the wider Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams.
• Degree-level education is required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a solid mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to build relationships across the Demand Planning team and wider organization.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate product trends and analyse forecast quality by product segment, family, and ID.
• Challenge baseline forecasts and unconstrained demand with other Demand Planners.
• Produce a range of reports and analyses, including statistical forecast and True Base variances.
• Monthly cut and potential SLOBs analysis.
• Create and maintain archives from the SAP IBP tool.
• Support the International Modern Markets Senior Demand Planning Manager on projects.
