Colgate-Palmolive Warsaw is seeking a Demand Planner to lead the development and communication of the demand plan, balancing cross-functional input with latest commercial plans. The role sits at the intersection of commercial and supply chain to align objectives and drive improvements.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and operations, monitor orders and adjust plans as needed, and contribute to lifecycle planning for new products within a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Masters in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics with focus on supply chain/logistics.
• 3–5+ years experience in Demand Planning for Consumer Goods.
• Fluent English; strong analytical and mathematical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build Collaborative Demand Plan by gathering customer plans and inputs from commercial teams.
• Review and align demand plan in monthly processes; identify gaps and opportunities.
• Synchronize supply and demand; communicate risks, opportunities, and solutions.
• Monitor orders/shipments; communicate significant demand changes and fast-track processes.
• Measure and drive improvements in the demand planning process.
• Identify excess inventory and work with Commercial Team on solutions.
• Support new product planning and lifecycle planning with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in SKU simplification and change management initiatives.
