Job summary

You will build forecast models, analyze trends, and collaborate with commercial and product teams. Proficiency in Power BI and ERP systems, plus strong analytical and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–3 years of supply chain or demand planning experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for short-term and long-term planning.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical models and evaluate results.
• Coordinate cross-functional research to reconcile variances and refine forecast models.
• Collaborate with commercial and product line management to ensure current, accurate information is used for forecasts.
• Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting tool.
• Closely coordinate and communicate changes in demand plan with supply chain and operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to the demand planning process.
• Track and report performance of key metrics vs forecasts and business plans to senior management.
