Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw is seeking a Demand Planner to manage the end-to-end demand plan for a subsidiary, balancing commercial inputs with supply constraints and driving continuous improvement in our consumer goods business.

You will work cross-functionally with commercial teams and supply chain, lead the monthly planning process, monitor order flows, and support new product launches and lifecycle management. The role offers a hybrid work model and attractive benefits in Poland.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Demand Planning experience in Consumer Goods.
• Masters in Engineering / MBA / Economics preferred.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Experience with SAP; Kinaxis is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative demand plans with commercial teams.
• Regularly review and align the monthly demand plan.
• Synchronize supply and demand to mitigate risks.
• Monitor orders and shipments; communicate changes.
• Support new product planning and lifecycle changes.
• Participate in change management initiatives for planning.
