Job summary

Mondelēz International in Warsaw seeks a Material Planner to forecast and coordinate medium- to long-term material needs for assigned suppliers across the region, manage contract coverage, and raise requisitions to procurement. The role focuses on identifying risks and opportunities in medium-term supply plans and ensuring alignment with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast-moving, dynamic industry.
• Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills – able to understand and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop short-term and long-term materials planning for items produced internally and externally.
• Actively support short-term material availability issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.
• Meet your KPIs including raw/pack inventory levels, compliance to schedule (CTS).
• Collaboration with Procurement, Supply Planning, Manufacturing for material optimization.
