The role requires experience in SAFe, pharma knowledge, and strong leadership while working in a hybrid setup with in-office days. You will engage across programs, drive delivery efficiency, mentor teams, and shape strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years carrying RTE/STE responsibilities
• Experience with large-scale Agile Release Trains
• Pharma/Life Sciences industry familiarity
