Job summary

Roche is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi‑team ARTs and SAFe delivery trains within the RDT Global Products & GPS portfolio. The role emphasizes strategic scope management, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional leadership in a hybrid work model with two days per week in the office.

You will drive large‑scale delivery programs, mentor teams, and help align product roadmaps with business goals, leveraging SAFe and Agile best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering RTE/STE across multi-team ARTs.
• Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences preferred.
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum and Agile practices.
• Strong leadership and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex deliveries as STE/RTE and guide large-scale initiatives.
• Define scope, manage dependencies, and drive delivery alignment.
• Mentor teams and influence senior stakeholders.
