Roche in Warsaw seeks a seasoned Business Analyst in Finance & Workforce Mgmt for the RDT Diagnostics Operations. You will drive financial transparency, budget stewardship, and strategic resource allocation across IT portfolios, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 office days per week.

You will lead workforce planning, cost tracking, and vendor management while collaborating with Finance, Procurement and VMOs to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience in complex environments.
• Experience in IT financial management, portfolio budget tracking, or workforce planning is essential.
• Ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning initiatives and skill topology assessments.
• Monitor planned vs. actual costs and drive budget forecasting.
• Coordinate with DIA delivery teams, FEP, Procurement, and VMO to streamline processes.
• Develop dynamic funding models and multi-year budget forecasts to optimize IT spend.
