Job summary

Amcor is seeking a CoE Demand Planning Manager to oversee demand planning within its AFEMEA CoE. This role leads cross-functional forecasting efforts, partners with Sales to manage customer interactions, and drives standardization of planning methods and dashboards.

The position is a senior individual contributor / functional manager with responsibilities spanning data governance, S&OP, and strategic planning across multiple sites in a global FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar education.
• 5–8+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in an international B2B or FMCG matrix environment.
• Forecasting and S&OP experience; interpreting demand signals and challenging noise.
• Experience partnering with commercial or sales organizations; presenting to Directors/VPs.
• Understanding of basic supply chain KPIs around planning, inventory, service.

Responsibilities

• Own the baseline forecast and drive data-driven, exception-based planning.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts in SAP IBP or successor systems using statistical forecasting.
• Partner with Sales to support interactions with key customers.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities and drive mitigations.
• Lead Demand Reviews and communicate plan changes to stakeholders.
• Own forecast dashboards, KPI reviews, and monthly S&OP reporting.
• Drive standard forecasting methodologies and planning calendars.
• Promote process improvements and CoE planning standards.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of demand planning master data.
