Job summary

Amcor is seeking a CoE Demand Planning Manager to drive demand planning across European BUs. You will own the baseline forecast, partner with Sales, and lead S&OP processes in a cross-functional setting.

You will standardize forecasting practices, manage planning data quality, and contribute to CoE initiatives across AFEMEA. Fluent English required; European language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar education.
• 5–8+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in an international B2B or FMCG matrix environment.
• Experience partnering with commercial or sales organizations and presenting to Director/VP level.
• Fluent English and ideally one additional European language.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning within assigned Business Unit(s) and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain forecasts in SAP IBP using statistical methods.
• Lead Demand Reviews and communicate plan changes to stakeholders.
• Drive standard forecasting methodologies, calendars, and KPI definitions.
• Ensure accuracy and governance of planning data and dashboards.
