Job summary

Digital Forms in Australia is seeking a Client Partner to own growth across an existing client portfolio, focusing on the US market, and to build executive relationships with senior clients. You will translate delivery signals into new initiatives, shaping transformation roadmaps and proposing commercial opportunities.

Travel to client sites is expected; remote/hybrid work within Poland is offered. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B client-facing roles, strong English, and proven experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B client-facing roles in software houses or IT services; 5+ years preferred.
• Proven growth of existing client accounts, not only new logos.
• Confident with senior decision-makers on the client side.
• Strong understanding of software delivery and project realities.
• Very strong business English (C1/C2).
• Experience with US-based clients is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and meet on-site.
• Autonomy, maturity, and proactive style.
• Ability to discuss both business and technology credibly.

Responsibilities

• Own growth across an assigned portfolio: revenue expansion and long-term value.
• Build relationships at Director/VP/C-suite level.
• Identify needs and growth opportunities proactively.
• Guide clients through transformation roadmaps and planning.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to convert signals into initiatives.
• Run structured account reviews and growth plans with clients.
• Translate client insights into internal actions.
• Occasionally be on-site with clients when required.
• Gradually take over selected relationships from founders.
